Revella ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we collect at this stage.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address solely to:

• Notify you before we ship the Founding 100 orders
• Send product updates you have opted into by joining the list

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

How it is stored

Email addresses are stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Supabase operates under a data processing agreement and implements industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only where required by Australian law or to operate core services (such as transactional email delivery).

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information from our waitlist at any time

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is introduced.
